• Senior Level Machine Builders – each with 15+ years of experience

Scheduling/Planning:

• Schedule – Calvary will create a schedule prior to the start of decommissioning
  
• Facility Layouts – Calvary can assist your company with plant layout
  
• Coordination/Planning – Machine builder, engineer, rigger, packaging, shipper, site utilities

Perform and/or Coordinate Complete Machine Teardown:

• Calvary will provide partial or 100% if the resources required for teardown
  
• Calvary will only supervise machine teardown, if requested

Prepare Machines for Shipment:

• Download program back-ups
  
• Labeling and tagging every mechanical assembly, part and box
  
• Adding wire & plumbing labels wherever termination points are created
  
• Blocking/securing critical assemblies
  
• Crating specialty items which may include overseas packaging
  
• Skidding and bolting machines to carrier frames where necessary
  
• Loading onto trucks or into containers – creating a listing by load

Overseas Ocean Packaging and/or Air Frieght or Land:

Calvary will provide Overseas Packaging, which may include:

• Certified lumber crating
  
• Special coatings
  
• Special foam for packaging protection
  
• Desiccant, silica used to prevent moisture build-up

Shipping Partnership – Mohawk Global:

• Equipment may be shipped to anywhere in the world
  
• Customer has choice of Ship by – ocean, air, and land
  
• Mohawk Global is an established and recognized "World Shipper" with locations all over the globe
  
• Mohawk Global will handle 100% of your shipping needs, such as:
  
  
  • containers – all sizes
  • coodinate all land transportation to and from shipping port
  • port loading and unloading
  • customs paperwork
  • shipping bill of lading

Recommission – Start-up at New Location:

• Calvary will provide the skilled, experienced, resources to complete your job
  
• Calvary machine builders will assemble, line-up, and run first part
   
• Calvary controls engineering will start-up programs

Extended Stays:

Customized Calvary Services plus Programs is available for extended stays.

Refurbish Older Machines Prior to Shipping:

• Clean-up machine
• Replace old items such as cylinders, switches, cables, Lexan
• Re-build tooling assemblies
• Replace worn details
• Replace old controls system with all new
• Retrofit machiens to new part models

Customized Spare Parts Kits:

• Calvary will take your existing BOM and create a Spare Parts Kit
• Calvary will create from scratch a recommended Spare Parts Kit
