Project Management

Calvary’s industry leading Project Management System encompasses all areas of project planning, initiating, executing, controlling and closing and post installation support. The system provides a dedicated Project Manager as the primary customer contact. The Project Manager coordinates and directs the Calvary team and our suppliers to ensure the customer’s budget, schedule and quality requirements are met on time, every time, without error.

The matrix organization provides functional Department Managers and dedicated Project Managers, who jointly assess project plans bi-weekly. The customers receive status reports on the schedule and open issues at regular pre-determined intervals. The open issues identify both Calvary and customer issues, assign responsibility and assign completion dates.

Calvary’s Project Managers lead the industry in experience and technical ability. Each Project Manager is a degreed engineer, whose background in automation averages 23 years. The following is a brief outline of the Project Management System:
