Calvary’s use of proven modular web handling building blocks that allows us to create the best custom solution for each customer’s unique application while minimizing the uncertainties and problems traditionally associated with custom solutions. These building blocks include: Edge Guidance, Tension Control using either velocity or torque control, Zero Tension Webs, Accumulation Assemblies, Turn Bars, Sheeters, Nip Assemblies with precision tracking adjustment and Auto Tracking Assemblies.

Calvary’s engineers, with an average of over 20 years of automation experience, work with our customer’s project team throughout the course of the project to make sure the equipment will meet or exceed the machine specifications.
