Continuous Motion

Calvary is emerging as a leading supplier of custom turn-key web handling process solutions. By combining proven web handling methodologies and technology with our vast experience of integrating sophisticated processes, Calvary can design the most economical and reliable solutions for our customers’ demanding needs.

Sample components that are conducive to high speed, continuous motion assembly systems. Most assembly components are injection molded plastic parts that tend to be radially symmetric in profile. However, springs, rubber gaskets, silicone plungers, glass vials and cylindrical metal components are equally conducive to continuous motion assembly & inspection.

Developed as a suite of standard Continuous Motion chassis’s and peripheral assembly modules in 2005, the Calvary Automation Continuous Motion Assembly Chassis provides high speed (250 PPM to 750 PPM) controlled motion assembly of radially symmetric components that includes part tracking status, error proofing, vision inspection and rejects “on-the-fly”.
